We will deliver a superior experience to our customers every day. Our products will be the best and we will offer the most customer-friendly and reliable service in the market.
2. Vision Statement:
As Comcast evolves, we continue to look to the future - seeking out new communications technology, new opportunities, and more choices. We want to continue to provide people with the communications products and services that connect them to what’s important in their lives.
3. Strategy:
Lets get to work, that is not only their strategy where the company will do anything and everything to achieve the goal or technology but also this represents the motto that each call center, service center, truck and HR documents will have.

4. Introduction:

a. Comcast is one of the largest cable companies in the Country, as a former customer service representative in the Miramar call center I was part of a lot of changes that management wanted to implement, with this being said, the most significant change was the application of the new system called peer to peer program, this was an initiative from management to have employees participate and grow within the company.
b. In order to have a good result towards the initiative of change or long-term goals, to have a good outcome the change agent (management) has to change their image throughout the situation they are put in. By having the initiative, management wants to boost the participation of the employees and the dynamic of the job exciting for the individuals that are looking to build a career within the company. Not only the employees or management have to have a set idea of where the company is going, but also where are you going within the company.

Colour Vision

...What do we know about the physiology of colour vision? Which aspects of the colour vision can trichromacy explain and which is it unable to explain? Colour vision is the ability of an organism or machine to distinguish components of the environment based on the reflection, omission or transmission of wavelengths. A human's perception of colour is a subjective process whereby the brain responds to the stimuli that are produced when incoming light reacts with the several types of cone photoreceptors in the eye. In essence different people may see one subject in different ways. The trichromatic theory of colour vision constitutes one mechanism by which the perception of colour may be achieved. The theory was proposed by Young in 1802, based on a colour matching experiment in which participants had to match an arbitrary colour by mixing wavelengths of three lamps. The test lights were always primary colours. The target light was an arbitrary colour. Findings highlighted that the target light could only be achieved by mixing all three of the test lights. By mixing less than all 3, the target could not be achieved but by mixing 4 colours, uniqueness disappeared in that different matches could achieve same colour! From this, Young inferred that colour perception depends on three different types of cone receptors within the eye. ...A Vision In “I heard a Fly buzz”; Emily Dickinson expresses to her readers about the emotional instability she feels while on her deathbed. She has written several poems about death, but this one differs from her other poems because it is told from her perspective, in accordance with her final moments. The poem creates several powerful images that arouse various possible explanations. It is easiest to understand how the poem (and her death) unfolds by reviewing the poem stanza by stanza. However, before examining the actual context, it is also important to look at the form of the poem, which also plays a puissant role. First of all, and most noticeable, is the continual use of dashes, which adds a lingering essence, as if foreshadowing the death. The dashes also signify power and unanswered questions about death and, perhaps, whether or not an afterlife exists. Another aspect of the form is how it is broken up into stanzas expressing differing ideas in each one. By braking up such ideas, it is easier to analyze the varying aspects of death that Ms. Dickinson believes are imperative when expressing what she is feeling prior to her death. ...I am glad to say that some of the happiest moments in my life happened whilst I was in high school. I am forever grateful that I got to spend my formative years in a good school, surrounded by great people.
