Third what theory or theories might a court use to hold Wallace liable for insider trading? Finally, under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, who would be required to certify the accuracy of financial statements filed with the SEC? The company, Dakota Gasworks, is experiencing the takeover so they must file with the SEC its responses to the tender offer. These rules set time limits for the tender offer and provide some protection to shareholders. Did Emerson violate Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and SEC Rule 10b-5? Why or why not? Moreover, Emerson did violate rule 10b-5 of the Securities exchange act, in where it protects against insider trading; which is the purchase or sale by person with access to information not......

...which is disabling the body’s ability to absorb insulin to produce energy, hence her symptoms of fatigue and weakness. 2. What are the physiologic mechanisms involved with the polydipsia, polyuria, and polyphagia in diabetes mellitus?  The entire physiologic aspect from diabetes is that when insulin stops being produced in the body the blood glucose begins to raise. The body compensates by filtering out the glucose through the excretion of urine, thus this is why she is having frequent urination. In turn this causes dehydration, sometimes severe, leading to her increased thirst. The increased hunger and appetite is due to the body’s excretion of excess sugar through the urine, resulting in the lack of nourishment the body senses. This causes the body to feel hungry often even after the consumption of a meal or food. 3. What immediate and long-term therapy will D.K. need to manage her disorder?  Some immediate treatment for D.K.’s type 1 diabetes is to regulate her high and abnormal blood glucose levels to the normal and tolerable rang. An IV saline drip might be administered for her dehydration in the event she is hospitalized. Long-term treatment is managed so that D.K. will not develop any diabetic related complications such as diabetic neuropathy, and nephropathy with the nerves and renal system. First and for most is to manage long-term treatment through insulin therapy, blood glucose testing and monitoring, meal planning and also physical exercise to help......

The breakdown of the membranes of these structures affect the function of Josephs heart cells. If the mitochondria membrane becomes damaged it cannot produce ATP.
